Hello and welcome to Sam Benson Property Ltd

We want to create the ideal home for someone that gives them the look and feel of a ‘Grand Design’. The difference is, that we are able to achieve this by working within realistic budgets.

By sourcing the right materials, brands and our quality workmanship, it’s all in the detail of how we bring these materials together to create a beautiful home. One hugely important part of our company is Eco efficiency.

We strive to produce homes that are future proofed for you and your family. When building our homes, we ensure they are built in an environmentally friendly way, helping to offset carbon footprint one home at a time.

Through the clever integration of renewable technology such as PV solar, air source heat pumps and sourcing materials sustainably, we as a company feel it’s our responsibility to do our part for the planet and strive to push the boundaries in creating the ideal home.

Designing and choosing a home is not only one of the biggest and most important decisions you will make, but also a personal and an emotional one. We believe we are the company that can help you make that decision to find or build your dream, eco friendly home.

Whether it’s sourcing you a home, building you a home or simply just offering advice. Sam Benson Property Ltd is here to help.

We are primarily based in Oxfordshire, offering our service within 1 hour of the surrounding area. Anywhere from the beautiful Cotswolds to the Chiltons, Berkshire and Marlborough Downs.
